Accommodation

We have made preliminary reservations at four different hotels. Participants should reserve those rooms for themselves by filling in the appropriate form below and faxing it to the hotel. All the hotels are situated relatively close to the AlbaNova University Center.

In order to book a room at one of the hotels, please fill in the corresponding booking form and send it to the hotel by fax. The rooms will remain pre-booked until March 27 2006. After this date, room availability will depend on the hotels and you may need to find another hotel.

Hotel Oden and Gustav Vasa Hotel are approximately 15 minutes away from the AlbaNova University Center by bus. Hotel Arcadia and Vanadis Hotel & Bath are a five and ten minute walks away from AlbaNova, respectively.

At Vanadis Hotel & Bath, breakfast costs 50 SEK extra (a sandwich and hot beverage is included in the above price).
