Welcome reception
In the evening of Tuesday May 2, there will be a welcome reception at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. There will be a tour of the Academy at 18.30 and the reception will take place from 19.00 to 20.00.Excursion
There will be an excursion on Thursday May 4, starting at the AlbaNova after lunch at 13.30. First, we will be transported by bus to the Royal Armory, situated beneath the Royal Palace, where we will participate in a short guided tour. Afterwards, the excursion will continue with a boat trip to the archipelago of Stockholm, starting just outside of the Royal Palace. The excursion will end at 17.15 at the Royal Palace in walking distance from the City Hall of Stockholm.
Reception at the city hall
After the excursion, we will walk to the City Hall of Stockholm where there will be a reception arranged by the city. After the reception, there will be a guided tour of the City Hall.Workshop dinner
The workshop dinner will take place at Häringe castle on Friday May 5. The castle is situated in Västerhaninge 35 kilometers south of Stockholm. There will be busses hired to transport the workshop participants to and from the castle. The dinner is included in the workshop fee and costs 850 SEK for accompanying persons.Last updated: Mar 2, 2006
