Theoretical Physics
The research interests of the statistical physics group cover both fundamental and applied physics. Topics studied include classical and quantum phase transitions, exotic quantum fluids, magnetism, low-dimensional systems, nanostructures, disordered systems, soft materials, physics of bacteria and viruses, and Monte Carlo simulations.
